Had about 100 of groceries in cart and got in a line, was kicked out of the line because the clerk closed her register, went to a second line next to it and stood in line for another 20 minutes, got to the front and the cashier yelled at us that it was an express lane, I explained to her that we can’t see the sign from the back of the line. I asked for a manager and she said there isn’t one(lied to me). Sandra passes by and I explain the to her that this is the second time we’ve been kicked out of the line and been waiting for over 20 minutes, she yelled at me too. They are terrible customer service. It’s bad enough they are not following COVID regulations and not limiting the people in there causing the store to be so crowded that the lines are starting at the end of aisles. I am reporting them to corporate and to city for not following Covid guidelines. SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPLACE SANDRA FOR SOMEONE WHO ISN’T GHETTO AND GOING TO YELL AT A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to get the most fresh groceries and great deals too. Using the weekly ad to meal plan for the week is very helpful because once you get to the store you can find even more deals. Overall I love this grocery store.
