I wanted to buy Audi A6 Allroad they advertised. When I contacted them I was told that it has gearbox fault and they will take the car to the gearbox specialist. I was told that they will contact me as soon as the problem is fixed. A week later I emailed them to get some information about the car and they were still waiting for slot to fix it. Another week passed and after another email I was told the car was sold. 2 weeks waiting for nothing. Apparently customer service means nothing to them. Very disappointed.

Really good. Fixed my car on 7 mins notice on Christmas Eve during a pandemic, charged me next to nothing and lent me a hire car. I'm a community musician/singing leader and I've not had a day off since March ......driving is essential. Was up all night panicking, probably looked like a crackhead by the time I took the car in. I'll use them again for most work I think. There's bits I get a place in Needham to do, basically for the same reason....I trust them not to hand me a bill that has anything on it I didn't ask for and the car will be safe to drive. Not every job is going to go perfectly, parts are fallible but cars are not simple and if something pops up you can just take it back. They can lend you a car if essential, it's not the end of the world. Anyone that takes a job on Christmas eve, with no notice, for no money, to save someone else's Christmas, is alright in my books.
Very good service. Very fair trade in price for my old car and nothing was too much from Sam who sold me the car I have now.
