PLEASE pay attention to the negative reviews! I don’t usually write negative reviews but I LEFT THIS STORE IN TEARS! The rep was extremely rude when he heard the AT&T customer service rep, that I had on speaker, basically say that the store was lying to me. I was then informed that waving a restocking fee is a courtesy and they will not do it, (even though I was returning a tablet just to buy a way more expensive one and I spend close to 400 a month for my account). I am a calm, polite person. I felt so incredibly disrespected and upset. Also, just a heads up... just because a customer is on the phone with customer service does NOT mean that we can’t hear you talking about us. Unprofessional! I’ve been an AT&T customer for many, many years. This experience made me consider switching mobile companies. I will be following up with AT&T Corporate as I don’t seem to be the only one that has dealt with this at this location.

Spent 12 hrs in the store over 4 visits. Wrong phones were ordered, details of transactions weren't explained. All they want is the sale, whatever happens with you and billing isn't their problem. I've spent hrs on the phone talking to at&t reps fixing issues this store creates. My last transaction with this store went bad but I let it it go thinking maybe just a bad luck experience. Twice now and I'm done with this store. I was real close to dropping internet, cable & wireless because of the way they do business there. Now I'm dealing with First Net & AT&T billing me for the same line twice and 3 customer service reps trying to figure out how that happened and what these guys did bass akwards resulting in 2 phone bills 600 for this month. They get 1 star because I have no choice.
Hadi was our rep today and he was outstanding! I called about an hour before closing and rather than rushing me off, he was patient and checked inventory. We ended up coming in and purchasing phones. Again he was patient, explained the plan/price in detail and provided exceptional service. Very pleased with this experience.

Great location and helpful, proffessional staff!! Hadi was very great, attentive and fast. I was able to walk out with new lines, tv, and internet. Hadi was also kind enough to set up my tv box for me so It would be easy to watch once home. Denise the assistant manager helped set up my phone. They also were very informative about all products. I felt they were very geniune and went the extra mile for me.
I came in and was immediately greeted and helped by Zohel. He was very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much for the amazing service. A I'll be back again.
Good service, good plans, but not all phone models on floor
This morning my phone died. It went to black and i was very frustrated because I hated the idea of setting up a new phone. I was completely convinced I needed a new one. I went to the AT&T store on Tyler in Riverside and saw Ozzy. He absolutely easily could have told me I needed a phone. My phone is 5 years old. But instead Ozzy was completely honest and said “no we can save you money” and he did a soft reset for me and My phone came back to life. Honesty and integrity has been missing from this industry in so many places but Ozzy is an example of a great young man that put the customer first rather than making money. I am so grateful for his honesty. This is a great store. Bobby also was with him and likewise was very honest and ethical and helped Ozzy to get it all going for me for nothing. Thank you so much.
