We LOVE Arby's!! That being said, this is now the only one anywhere near us...but still pretty far to drive just for a quick meal, so I don't get to visit much. Whenever we're in Riverside, we have to stop here. Only 4 stars because the cashier in the drive thru must've been VERY new or not fully trained and should not have been doing this alone. She had to call another worker over to figure out what she was doing.

I pulled into Arby’s drive-through today. I ordered six sliders. I parked in the parking lot to eat my food and The one roast beef slider was barely warm. The 5 pizza were not even warm at all. They had almost no sauce on them. The lady who took my order was friendly and the cashier was nice. But the people that prepared the food did a very poor job at cooking and preparing
I love Arby's, my fav are french dip and the burger / sandwich. Too bad the one in Perris / Moreno Valley closed permanently so I have to go all the way to Riverside.
I stop going to Arby's and I made a suggestion that to increase their business that they should expand the menu. A lot of kids are not familiar with roast beef. I was impressed with the variety they now have.
Love this traditional place! I eat hear about once a year and love it! Great service at this location and gave me lots of sauces! I will be back soon!
