This guy name Thomas was really helpful and respectful the whole staff too and they had a really good price i just bought this boots like 2 days before and the are so cute and comfortable also this guys recommend to a spray for my but so they can be waterproof and dirty-proof . I really appreciate their help and also I’m going to recommend to my friends and to my family
When I made a purchase the clerk looked up my email address for my rewards. I asked her if my purchase could be link to my email and she said yes. 3 days later brought back for a refund and was told the cashier was new & made a mistake. My purchase was never sent to my rewards email. I showed the manager proof on my bank app that I indeed did make the purchase. He insisted that I couldn’t get a refund & that the girl who waited on me was new and gave me the wrong information. The manager was so rude! Will not be going back ever! I don’t want 130 store credit!
Uggs is the place you need to go if you want warm, comfortable . Their shoes and bed slippers are amazing everybody literally has a pair go get yours.
