I stopped in today to upgrade two lines on my account and Trayvon was an absolute delight. He helped upgrade both lines and transferred everything from the old phones. He also was able to answer all my questions about my bill and was so informative. This location will definitely be my home store from now on.

Poor customer service! Got a attitude when I walked in. The girl didn't want to help me. I wanted to upgrade my phone and pay off my phone balance to keep it. She proceeded to tell me it was a new law that i can't buy my lease. I had spoken to a rep on the phone the day before who told me I could. I said I would do it in store. Well that didn't happen I left and called sprint and upgraded no problem!! If they don't like the job get a new one!!!!!
