A month ago, I had to get 400 copies of an obituary made of my nephew at the Gateway Staples in Brooklyn in less than 24 hours. First, I called to ensure I had enough time and the young lady by the name of Raven confirmed I did. Upon arrival, I met with Raven and she informed me that what I created needed to be adjusted but not to worry If I wanted to take it home and redo I could still have the prints copied in the morning. Although, she wouldn't be there, she introduced me to Cindy who would handle my order. The next morning as stated, Cindy created my prints and had them available in less than an hour. Not to mentioned she had a rude customer at the time but she still showed professionalism. I say all of this to say thank you Raven and Cindy for being you. You made me feel like everything was going to be okay.. Much appreciated. We need more Raven's and Cindy's in the .

the worst staples i’ve ever been to. extremely rude and unfriendly printing services staff. twice now, by the same employee, i have had a simple but specific request with a lamination order (that every other staples i’ve ever been to over the past 10 years has done for me without issue, except this location) and twice now i have been rudely dismissed and told to go somewhere else. so i did! i finally went and bought my own machine (not from staples) so i never have to step foot in this awful store ever again! you will not be missed x
Store is not service oriented. Confusion regarding printing orders frequently occurs and staff is not knowledgeable regarding such mix-ups. In fact, on several occasions, at the RIVERHEAD store the printing staff was rude and evasive. I'll be avoiding this store from now on. interactions
The WORST by far. Went to the Riverhead store and bought one ink cartridge for 17.99. I am a rewards customer. I gave the associate behind the counter 5 empty cartridges for recycling thinking they would sit in my account until I was ready to redeem them with a rewards coupon. Turns out I have to spend 30. in ink purchases "before" I submit the cartridges for recycling or I lose them. Do you think this deadhead associate would tell me I need to spend another 12? No , he says nothing and I've just lost those 5 cartridges. I've had it with the ins and outs of Staples so called rewards. They make it so the customer has to work at getting benefits. No more. I'm never setting foot in a Staples store again. I'll get what I need on line at Amazon.
Went into riverhead staples for a copy of 4 photos, nothing special. Just print as is on shiny paper. Girl in print dept was slow as he'll. Waited for copies. Girl then took care of woman who had shipping questions, then was on phone with customer with credit card questions. Set up machine witch took 10 minutes . Total time 25 minutes to print out 4 copies No frills. This store needs to hire qualified caring People in their print dept. Won't be back.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They answered all our questions so I was able to get the right product for my needs.
If I could give zero stars I would. Had a terrible experience going to staples, I came to staples in hopes to make a business poster for a newly business, and let me tell you something, I don't know the woman's name but all I know is she was wearing a gray shirt. She was extremely rude, and I mean to the point where I was uncomfortable and had to leave. No business should be ran like that, and the store managers should be ashamed to allow someone to work for them like that. Will never request anyone to go there along with many other colleagues I know who are in need of business card/ poster ect, they will for sure lose buisness from me and many others. I am not someone to sit here and complain but people should know.
