Rotated my wheels without asking and scratched a rim will only repair it if I agree to drive on a donut for a week. Buy a Volkswagen there is no such thing as a reliable ford service center.

Having never owned a Ford before, I had a lot of questions. I was a walk in customer and was immediately greeted at the front desk and was introduced to Ed Martin. I've been a customer with another brand for over 10 years and I have never had an experience like with Riverhead Ford. Ed took the time to answer all my questions and never once rushed or made me feel like another \sale\. Everything was professionally handled and even during these crazy times, I got exactly what I wanted. When it came time to deal with numbers the Business Manager, Marc D., took over and pretty much cemented the fact that my family and I will be Ford customers for life. Thanks for my great ride! See you next year for my wife's car! Lol

My truck buying experience with Riverhead Ford was excellent. Karen Tangredi was professional and concerned about my needs throughout the entire process. Whenever we did come across a glitch, such as getting a vehicle from another dealer, she did everything necessary to resolve the issue. IN all my years of car buying this was the best experience and I love my truck.

Not a great first experience. Drove all the way from Huntington cause I wanted to go to a bigger dealership. Came in lady at the front desk this morning didn’t even acknowledge me. Someone came in after and she helped them. I stood there a few minuets , then left. Complete waste of time, and very disrespectful. Won’t be bringing my business back here.
