I’ve ordered Southampton tags for multiple pups through multiple moves and have been using their tags for over a decade. They look great, never come off (I get the ones that slide onto the collar), they never fade or become illegible and they don’t jingle. Each time I’ve ordered them, they’ve arrived promptly! They’re also priced very well! I have nothing but praise for Southampton tags & would recommend them to all pet lovers!

I went to PetSmart today with my mom and my son. The shop itself was very clean. The animals definitely looked well cared for and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us was very patient and gave us his undivided attention while answering our questions. The lady who was preparing our birds for transport was also very nice and helpful. I now have two beautiful new friends and a very nice cage for them. I will be returning to PetSmart regularly for my pets needs.
I've been using Southampton tags for years. They hold up better than anything else! The writing is clear and easy to read.
I chose Southampton for our new rescue because we had such a good experience with our old dog. Southampton were the only one that didn’t wear away from rubbing up against the city’s metal rabies tag. This time however the city tag it plastic and our metal Southampton made a terrible noise when they rubbed together on his collar. So I purchased a Southampton“slide on the collar” tag. Easy to read and clearly visible. It’s perfect!
Everyone is just so helpful and considerate especially is a dog grooming area my dog Bailey was going there for a couple of years until she just passed away in April and Maggie and her staff just love her and they're all just very nice people Melissa and David are great
