Never seem very helpful. They have no problem taking 152 for my bill which is suppose to be only internet but includes phone and I have not had a house phone in over a year. I've called gone down there numerous times to have it removed This is nuts...

We tried for 4 weeks to get channels restored with people in India. They were more interested in getting a payment than fixing our problem. We had no choice but to get a dish.
Terrible. The WORST cable company I’ve ever dealt with. Can not get through to customer service and if you do they will hang up on you rather then take care of your problems. WiFi speed is not at the speed you pay for. Went to the local store to up WiFi speed and get new modem and router. The refurbished ones they gave me were faulty. Paying for 200 MBPS was getting 8.9 MBPS!!! Yes that’s not a typo. The technician appointment was 6 days later. I was told it was the earliest. Not to mention the time frame is between 10am - 8pm. Cannot get any representative that is in the United States. Terrible, terrible service. If you can get another service do it. Even if you have to pay double. Save yourself aggravation. Absolute worst company I’ve dealt with. You might be better with a regular digital antenna and not even getting cable. If I could give it no stars or negative I would. Stay clear of this company
The Optimum store on Old Country Rd. in Riverhead NY was great! I got there at about 3pm. No lines, no waiting.
It is 5:43 pm. I have phoned three times to request more current cable boxes (4) than the ones I have, primarily because a new television set I bought to replace an antique has an HDMI 1 input but the cable box does not have an HDMI output. On each phone call here’s what happened: pressed 1 after prompt, for English; pressed 2 after prompt, for correct phone number; said “new cable boxes” following final prompt. Here’s what happened next: Robot said I was being directed to the proper department. Then silence. No hold music. Occasional beeps. I looked at the ID panel on my phone—still had a connection. Silence reigned. After 5 minutes on each of the calls I gave up. Optimum sucks.
