I have banked with M&T for 3 years now. I think its time to go back to the \bigger\ banks. They dont have their stuff together, The employees I have dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful but i felt they were limited to what they can offer me because of M&T's available products and services. Good luck attempting to get a loan. I have also encountered times where other customers where being inappropriate and there was no management to step in. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I actually didnt wait to be helped and just left. They are outdated and very behind. My husband, daughter, mother and I will be closing our accounts.
