I only go to Firestone locations regardless of where I am living (I move a lot), and this location did not disappoint! Anthony was great through the phone when I initially made my appointment for four new tires– his friendliness and professionalism were equally matched in person! I would highly recommend this location. I rarely leave reviews, but I was treated so well that I just had to give Firestone and their employees at this location this shout-out.

Firestone has always bailed me out of a jam. My tire seems to always get a nail. However, they always have my tire in stock and their customer reps are always ready to answer your calls. I always go to get my tires, oil changes and tune ups here. I generally don't go to other auto shops because they tend to over charge you.
Needed a tire checked for a leak. They checked the tires for punctures, and checked all for pressure in tires and was no charge. Fantastic and friendly. Honest
Needed an oil change and this was easy peasy. Totally satisfied and I would definitely recommend. Great service manager. This is NOT Jiffy Lube.
Welcoming environment, seemingly affable staff/workers (and customers, go figure) and the overall rather accommodating service, including the final financial cost, was very much appreciated.

I usually don't post online reviews but was once again super pleased with this particular Firestone location. Super prompt, super courteous, very trustworthy. I have been going here for probably 10-15 years and never an issue. Keep up the good work.
