I’m usually never a Karen but this is the second time I ordered my medicine hours in advanced through the phone system and arrived after the time it stated it would be ready and told they will expedite it now . Now ended up waiting around for 30 minutes longer . Why not just have the system tell a time the medicine will be ready ... please don’t get me started at the useless employees at the front counter

I would prefer Barths but insurance requires CVS. They refill prescriptions I haven’t requested, but if a new one is called in it takes hours. They say they are “so busy.” They’d be less busy if they weren’t filling prescriptions I didn’t ask for, and calling me over and over to ask why I haven’t come in. I now make a point of never even buying a greeting card from CVS and only go there when I have no choice.
If you call the pharmacy you'll be on hold FOREVER! No one will answer. Go elsewhere.
Rude. I've been desperately looking for an Rx for my dog (yes, it's a tiny bit of narcotic hydrocodone). Apparently, nobody carries hydrocodone anymore. She wouldn't even give me the courtesy of telling me no they don't carry it. She would prefer that I come down with a paper Rx in the middle of a pandemic. Insanity! Just to let me know whether or not they carry it... lost all of my future business!
