I stopped by on the off chance that she would have this one particular item that I needed as a Christmas present and I ended up spending an hour there. She was cooking some risotto for herself in the shop and I ended up having some (delicious) and then she made espresso for the two of us. She did have the item I wanted, and I ended up buying a few more things as well. I'm not saying you'll get a free lunch when you go there, but Fran is great, the shop is filled with beautiful stuff and I'm trying to get all the foodies to go there.

Store is very good when it is open ? Very limited hours of operation. Was just there this past Tues and had a sign on door, be back at 2:00. I waited til almost 3:00 and it never did re-open ! Not the way to run a business, by no means !
