First off the plates are basically cheep stainless steel camping kitchenware, usual overpriced menu with decent food, garlic bread is great, fries are good unless the decide to mix them with awfully looking steamed vegetables which makes your entire plate soggy. And the pasta sauce was watered down to the point that you could irrigate 1/5 of the Sahara desert. Not only that but we had one waitress on Valentine’s Day and the place was booming with its limited 10 quarantined tables. Ps. The ceiling was absolutely disgusting, like a 70’s restoration project that went amuck.

Lobster tails were absolutely fresh and delicious. Prices are fit too. Can't get any better than Buoy One

We used to like Buoy one. Last time we went, the hostess told us that there was an hour wait. We left our name and returned 40 minutes later. The hostess said she has called us and we were not there. So, we waited for another 30 minutes. When we ordered, I asked for a kids menu for my 6 and 7 year old kids. The waitress, Dana, said that they don’t have a kid menu printed so she told us what the kids menu is. So, I placed the order for all the adults. At the end, I said, “For the kids, we want a pasta with white sauce and a fish and chips.” Then we waited for over an hour for our food. Really??? I already wait close to 90 minutes for the travel and then another 60 minutes for the food. No apology... nothing. The worst is yet to come. When she brought us the check. She charged us adult price for the kids fish & chips. I asked her if she has made a mistake. Dana reply, “I don’t know. All I heard you said was Fish & Chips.” Then she turn her back on me and left. I was so so so upset. What kind of service is this. We have 4 adults and 2 kids, clearly we already ordered 4 adult portions. Also, I specifically said “For the kids....” Even worse, Dana gave me the check without a pen. I walked up to her and asked for a pen politely and she said “wow, you walked away so fast and I did not have a chance to give you the pen!” We will never come back again with this horrible attitude!
