Yesterday I wanted to lease a PS4. For my sick husband. I applied online gave My information. Called to verify that they received it. Today 4/17/19 I called to see if we can pick it up. According to Fatima I had to pay the FULL price of 1200 in order to pick up the system?!? HUH! She couldn’t answer any of my questions. So I ask for a manager she says she not in and won’t know when she will be in again WHAT?!? So finally hours later the manager called says I needed proof of income a picture of my license. I called again to verify is she received my email. She says yes I give her my debit card information. Then she says OH I need proof of address I’m like I don’t understand you claimed you only needed proof of income now proof of address I canceled my order. Due to the run around. Anywho they are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The whole store needs a Sensitivity Class. Corporate needs to come evaluate the whole staff!!!

They harassed my kids which are 10 14 you don’t speak to children. They bedroom set was terrible they didn’t have all the parts to my bedset. I gave them back the bed they don’t work with you at all tomorrow morning I will be calling corporate don’t know how someone can harass your kids !
