I had the worst experience with Kelly, your phone assistant in Riverdale, when trying to reschedule an appointment for my results. She was unprofessional, lacked empathy, and is an extremely horrible listener and representative of Atlanta Heart Associates. I felt helpless after speaking with her and the service I received from her definitely reflected negatively on this business. This was not my initial perception of this office when I originally came to be seen but now that has changed. I am not happy about this and I will be contacting your superiors to deal with this. Thank you

I have been coming to Atlanta Heart in Riverdale GA for 15yrs the staff and doctors are great. Dr. Rao is my physician at least he was until he gave me away. Amanda is my doctor and I had someone else before her, she is good also but I wish he would tell you when he's giving you away. Dr Gupta is my surgeon and he is the bomb great dr. and the lady at the front desk in Riverdale is great also very polite and does her job well.

My appointment was at 10:00. It is 11:25and I just came to get a test results wow I’m upset. First I had to talk to the doctor my first visit about my problem and she said it sounds like lung issues not a heart problem so then she made a appointment for me to come back for a test. So after that appointment for the test, I was told to come back for results. I was 60 just for the doctor to give me my results this is really a ripoff

I've never had a doctor's office go above and beyond for me like Atlanta Heart in Riverdale has. Dr. Nelson is the best doctor I've ever had and always listens to my needs and my health is better because of them. I highly recommend them and I'm so thankful to be blessed with such a awesome group of doctors and staff! You guys have saved my life twice now and I'll forever be great full for you guys. I've been a patient of Dr. Nelson for over 10 years and she has been a wonderful person but the front office staff especially someone name Beth had no customers service respect and don't know how to handle a simple question, she needs to be properly trained and know how to speak to people she's very rude and disrespectful.. After my last appointment there I will sure be looking a new doctor.
