So, called at 7pm said \we can get food to you at 8pm\ fine, we know times are different. 812, nothing. Called, said they we're on their way 0845. Food turned up, sorry, we've been busy......food wasn't all that great and turned up cold. Not for me.
Food here isn’t bad but getting through to order is a joke. They ignore your call, when you ring back it’s engaged and when you do get through they put you on hold and forget about you. Awful customer service, there are better Chinese take-away’s around who value their customers more than the staff in this place do.
Delicious freshly cooked food. Lovely attentive waitress.
