Absolutely useless, don’t bother with these muppets, totally unreliable. I spent a whole week trying to order some basic steel after getting a quote. Every time I called I was told the person I need to speak to wasn’t in. I repeatedly left messages. When I finally got through to the person to take the order he promised me delivery on the following day which was a Friday. I was nervous it wouldn’t arrive next day so asked repeatedly to confirm it would. They promised me it would DEFINITELY arrive. Friday comes, no delivery, not even a courtesy call. Called on Monday and was told it would arrive that day. End of Monday, nothing. Called and ranted only to be told the steel wasn’t even in stock so they had to order it in, again no phone call to inform me but the guy assured me it would go on the first delivery Tuesday and arrive no later than 8am so I could 100 percent rely on that. It arrived 5pm that day. All in all project delayed 3 days, having had to mess my builders around 3 days. Cost me a fortune in lost labour. I would recommend this company is avoided by anyone who needs to rely on steel being delivered on time.
