Wow! Fantastic beach park, and VERY popular. If you are coming here to get away from it all, this is the wrong place. Jam-packed with people and activities, which is wonderful as well. The place is a perfect place for families to bring their kids. They have outhouses and picnic tables before you head down to the trail to the beach. The park closes at 8:00 pm and the gates are secured. A beautiful beach park.

Beautiful park/beach. Only thing is a bit of a hike to the beach itself but we enjoy hiking as well as the puppies. So overall we enjoy it a lot

Park seems well cared and groomed. Being our first visit there, we had to ask other visitors to find our way to the beach from parking lot. Wooden bridge is a bit narrow for keeping social distance. Great entertainment for families with kids. Too shallow for too long if you want to swim, take a long walk in the ocean first. Not so cold for ocean in July. Sand is great. Bugs are rare but some jellyfish by the shore

Loved this beach. A bit of a walk on the boardwalk to get to the beach. Water was warm and awesome. Large beach. Lots of room to spread out!

The water was the perfect temperature and wasn't too rocky. Zero admission cost like some of the provincial parks in Nova Scotia. Beach was nice and sandy. Only minor drawback was some seagrass, which wasn't that big of a deal.
