Have purchased two proffesional award plaques from them. They help you with the formating, make sure it is correct, give advice to save you money, and get it done on time. The plaque was solid wood, does not look cheap, and the engraving was clear and impressive. They deserve a trophy...pun intended.

Terrible service. Higher pice than other stores. They made a couple of mistakes and didn’t admit giving BS excuses. I have had to go to the store numerous times back and forth until I picked up my order done correctly. And they wouldn’t even say sorry.

I had to order some trophies and medals for a Winter League I was running and obviously put it off to the very last minute. I called right around closing time Monday night and they assured me if they had the items in stock they could have them engraved by Wednesday. I called Tuesday around Noon after figuring out exactly what I needed and placed the order for 4 trophies and 15 medals (all with engraving). The person on the phone ensured me that they'd be ready on Wednesday by 4pm. I walk in Wednesday after 4 and they're all there waiting for me. The price was right, and the job was done very well. I brought them over to the league and everyone loved them, unfortunately we could only give them out to the champions and MVPs! Thanks for the prompt service and I'll definitely be using Crown Trophy River Edge for my next league!
