I can't say enough good things about our trainer Kristin and Behavior Plus. She helped us raise a beautiful, loving, well mannered and most importantly well adjusted dog. Their training methods are balanced between disciplined and reward based which worked so well for our pup and us as pup parents. She was so patient and kind with our extremely smart and challenging pup, always educating us, answering our questions and putting our fears to rest. Our Nina never feared her trainer and we liked it that way. The private lessons in our home, extra group classes at the park and lessons at their facility made us expert pup wranglers and Nina the cutest pup anywhere she goes! Well worth the price which was reasonable considering the customer service and quality of service we received.

Behavior Plus is a must if you’re even thinking about hiring a dog trainer. We took on a 2 1/2 year old, very stubborn, even more reactive French Bulldog. We loved him very much, but he would nip at others and would lunge and bark aggressively with other dogs and people on walks. No one could touch him - he had come from a bad past. After a lot of time, dedication, and commitment to consistency with Frank, Jack & Kim - Bao (our Frenchie) is a completely different dog! Behavior Plus dedicates time and knowledge to those who take the time to properly train dogs. Our entire dog training journey continues, but walking Bao is now a pleasure, we are slowly getting others to pet him, and he is learning how to be a pet! We’ve also learned so much about communicating with Bao, and how to train dogs in the future. Thanks again Behavior Plus for making the unimaginable happen!
From puppies to adult dogs Frank and his staff know how to help. They are very knowledgeable and will show you what needs to be done with your dog. They offer both private and group classes.
The team was professional, patient, and helpful. My dog was helped a lot by Frank and his behavior has significantly improved. The 2 people who I worked with/spoke with, Frank and Jack, are great at what they do!
Had an amazing experience with Frank and his team. Our private and group lessons enabled Amelia to become trusting of us and taught us to become confident. She had issues with dominance and aggression as she was a rescue and had a tough start in life. We now have a happier dog that we can take to parks and festivals surrounded by other dogs and crowds. Amelia has learned to come, stop, sit, stay and follow commands. We plan to participate in the intermediate lessons that begin in November. Thanks again Frank!

Frank is fantastic. Great communication throughout the process and we've seen big strides since we started working with him. I was expecting to get "exercises" or "drills" to do with Finn (our dog), but instead Frank made sure we understood concepts. His method of training works, and no matter how many Youtube videos you watch, nothing compares to the 1 on 1 you get working with Behavior Plus.
