Offered us money for our old equipment, including collection and data destruction. 12 months later and we have still have not been paid anything. Moreover, after contacting them recently, they replied \The kit from the last collection did have a rebate value of around 40 which was being processed however due the the bad review left on Google we decided not to send the rebate over as this was a clear attempt to damage our reputation on an online forum.
