Rude vile unhelpful receptionist
would not recommend,The Surgery is worse since becoming Weavers. Doctors always running late,last few times ive been,ive waiting 45-60 mins. tried getting my child an appointment for 3 days, i ring first thing in the morning to be told there is no appointments so i ring back after dinner to be told the same or im told to go great harwood,why go to the next town when my doctors is 2min walk from my house...and im sure the receptionists should have been crocodiles because there so snappy the way they talk to you...IF I COULD MARK IT NO STARS THATS WHAT IT WOULD GET
Reception staff do all they can to help and arrange appointments. Waiting room clean and welcoming. Doctors are all polite and understanding and explain options available for treatment, making you feel part of the decision making in your well being.
