The WORST place to repair your laptop !!! I send it to them, took my laptop and didnt do ANYHTING!!!! And priced for it

Ok, so get this. I walk into the store with both my iPads. Immediately, a sales rep (aka the kid) approaches me and sees if he could help. We chose new cases for both iPads very quickly. When I got to the counter I saw the bill for both cases got to 498 shekels. I pulled out my card and asked the kid to break the charge into 2 installments. The kid refused with the most respect he could muster. Told me that installments start at 500 shekels; and the computer won’t let him do it. It’s sad that Apple takes privileges afforded to consumers and decide not to respect or honor said privileges. I told the kid it’s not my problem that his bosses define to him as an employee as well as me as a customer how they get their money. The only thing they should care about is actually getting the money; because, that limit they set just tool that sales commission right from the kids paycheck. I had no choice but to coldly ask that he return my card without charging. Poor kid. Shame on you, Apple. Shame. Shame.

I visited at Friday there are not quite a lot of people and I bought an iPad and all the accessories . The service I got from Ilia the salesman was greatl hehelped me and followed me all around the store explained me on different stuff showed me everything and was very helpful. He also turned on the iPad and applied the glass protector and everything was great and I am very happy was this purchase and I will come back again
