Worse service ever! We are in Tel-Aviv. We bought a dishwasher on Thursday (over the phone), the apparatus was delivered on Monday. On Monday we called to invite a technician, the technician can only come on Wednesday morning (from 8-12)! So I am wasting my morning at home instead of going to work. (Note we could not get the phone of the technician…) and well the technician did not come. I am calling the company and well there was an error, a technician was not invited. Because there is no a technician going to Tel-Aviv every day, I have to wait till next Thursdays (more than a week) to get the dishwasher installed. Hopefully someone will come but we cannot have his number. Conclusion, do not buy any apparatus from this company that require a technician.

מכשירי החשמל לא מגיעים מהיבואן הרשמי ולכן לא ניתן לקבל שירותי התקנה מחוץ לקו הירוק. חוצפה, מנוגד לחוק.
חווית קניה נוראית!! ראשית קיבלנו מוצר שלא הזמנו! שנית, למרות שנרשם הובלה חינם השליח ביקש כסף ורק לאחר ברור ויתר על התשלום. שלישית, המוצר הגיע פגום, כשניסיתי לבקש להחזירו דחו אותי בלך ושוב במשך שבועיים!! עד שנאלצתי להובילו על חשבוני חזרה לחנות. לאחר בדיקה בחנות אחרת. נאמר לי כי המוצר ששווק אינו קיים כלל בעולם ומשכך מראש לכאורה ידעו בחנות כי לא יספקו את מה שהזמנתי.
בשיחת טלפון והתייעצות לגבי מכונת כביסה, קיבלתי שרות מקצועי ואדיב, מחיר מעולה. הזמנתי באמצעות האינטרנט. המכונה התקבלה מיידית (לאחר יומיים), הנציג תאם שרות טכנאי להפעלה. חנות מומלצת בחום, נציג אמין ושרות אמין.
