I had a peaceful experience at Vedic Yoga Foundation. Dr. Shobha was my mentor during my time there. She is adept in yogic knowledge and was able to transform me physically, mentally and spiritually. Healthy food, comfortable stay, serene landscape, warm and welcoming people, experienced teachers - they have got it all.

I wasn’t wrong and I had an astonishing time during my course here. The place is amazing, people are friendly and the teachers are the best.

I have met Dr Shobha Shree during my trip to India . She provided some meditation classes in Devamber Arogya Ashram which was an amazing experience. Her divine soul full of compassion made these days unforgetable. I will come for her course again....
