It was a nice ashram with a terrace overlooking the mountain. The family is also gentle and makes delicious vegetable dishes. It was good that the four teachers taught me politely.
The expert teachers provided a powerfully transformational course, jam-packed with knowledge and direct experience. Being in the Himalayas practicing Yoga is such an incredibly rewarding uniquely grounding experience. I found my ego melting into the ocean of my being, and my heart was rekindled with respect for the teachings of Yoga. The atmosphere is rich with silence, and be warned, you will be shining more of yourself afterwards. It was a life changing journey I will cherish my entire life.
