I had the best experience and will tell everyone that needs something done to there vehicle to go to Natraj Tyres. Took my van there this morning because my tire kept going flat. It turned out that it was just the pressure valve. They put a new one on and sent me on my way. The guy came out and said there will be no charge. I couldn't thank him enough. Thanks again for your great service.

I got new tires put on my Ford escape . Not long after I left, I got a call saying they had made a small mistake (nothing dangerous or anything, just a small error) and they needed me to come back to the shop, apologizing profusely. When I came back to the shop, everyone there did everything possible to finish quickly and efficiently, and they gave me a very generous gift card for my troubles. I'm floored by the customer service. They truly went above and beyond for me and it feels like a company that I can trust! And it really shows there concern towards there customer.
One of my favorite shops in Rishikesh, as this shop is on the main highway and having plenty of parking space around it.The shop successfully uses certain offers to engage with customers, hence adding value to their experience.The owner told me that they are going to launch many more successful offers for their customers, and introduced new tires according to the demand, that were heavily influenced by customer feedback.
Despite of Covid lockdown I was able to get this Tyre in best price. Thankful to Natraj Tyres who had given me good tyres at cheapest rate from the market near me. I have been using this tough and durable Tyre. Above all it is Made in India.
