I bought a cycle from here. Nothing but regret. The people there are all arrogant. The cycle I bought from there costed me 10.5k and it within a month the pedal, the rear mudguard and rear brake and then the whole of cogs from the right side pedal area broke down. When brought to them they only give excuses and also charge a lot for even a smallest thing. If you are reading this then please don't buy from them. There are way better shops around.

Very bad tempered shopkeeper. They gouge you, by overcharging and cheating, part quality is worst because they sell local parts at high prices. The bottom bracket cartridge I bought had such bad quality bearings that the balls of the bearings broke in pieces!!Only visit this shop if you want insult in return.

Bad experience, I reached out for cycle service but the owner keep on saying that Technician not available please come day after tomorrow, I tried to reach out again and again and same answer i got. Although their are two technicians working there still the same answer. Reason is they serve only one who bought cycle from their store.

Very Arrogant service just because didn’t buy the cycle from his store. Even Doesn’t give information about what cycle he don’t have or upcoming just because want to sell what in his store. And worst part it’s doesn’t feels like a shop feels it’s a some on kingdom and Costumer are nothing in front.
