I don't like the place and there way of doing service and customer satisfaction
The experience was wonderful
Worst service and worst staff . I am calling them from 5 consecutive days , my phone is dead and wifi is not working .they just registered the complaint and did nothing .worst bsnl service
Worst experience, no antique of taking complaint by rishikesh IDPL branch. Is asking name of the complaint receiver person is crime. Dam to much attitude.

BSNL Near Natraj Hotel is one of the poor service provider in Rishikesh They are providing Broad band connection and landline phone and they do high charge even we don't use any calling. We visit to Their office 3 time for complain and ask them to fix our landline connection Its been more then a moth and we are keep calling them but they just say they will do in one day saying they have no wire but now I'm keep calling them but they not receiving my phone. hate their service Bheem Chauhan
