Visited with my 2 kids and dog, we had some great coffee and hot chocolate. Definitely recommend.

Polite and friendly staff, very cozy and comfortable with nice hot drinks. Not so many options on snacks and they should really step up their quality of their cakes. Loved the Cortado though and would definitely recommend the hot drinks.

Had a lovely coffee and bagel here with friends. Staff were lovely. I am a bit concerned that there was no track and trace contact details requested with regards to Covid19. - it is now unlawful for venues not to take details of their customers and I’m afraid they didn’t.

Poor hygiene, zero coffee knowledge or barista skills and deaf. Ordered a small double shot cappuccino. What did I receive? A large single shot cappuccino. There was a wasp UNDER the dome to cover the food. These are supposed to be used to keep wasps out, not in The person making drinks couldn't pull a decent shot and it was under extracted. So under extracted that he had to put more water through. They only have 2 milk jugs too. Very, very poor. RESPONSE: When you pulled the shot of coffee you looked in the cup of two of them and grimaced. You then pressed the button to pump more water. If the shot was great you wouldn't have needed to do this. There are optimal brew temperatures, times and volumes. You failed on two of these. You saw the wasp and didn't even seem phased. You continued doing what you were doing and didn't call your colleague over. I genuinely don't think you disposed of the pastries. In regard to the milk pitchers there were only two on the counter. You made three drinks one at a time, two of them with the same pitcher and no rinsing in between texturing of the milk.
