We moved in November, and were worried about the whole moving process. The staff that arrived put us at ease and made us feel that everything would be handled with care. They moved us in great time, going the extra mile with their friendly and professional demeanor. We are now happily settled, and would highly recommend these movers!
We used Ridsdale Removals and paid extra for the packing service, which was still good value considering the amount of items that we had to move. No issues with the service - everything went smoothly and the guys were polite and very efficient. Would highly recommend.
We engaged the services of Risdale Removals last week and I have to say they were amazing throughout the whole process. Our sale and purchase took longer than expected, however Risdale were patient and accommodating. When we finally received a completion date we booked to have the packing and removals carried out. A very professional team arrived on packing day and not only packed but also started loading some of our furniture ready for the following day. The removal day itself went incredibly well, despite the weather and some challenges with getting furniture into our new property. The team were cheerful, helpful and encouraging throughout the whole process and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Risdale to anybody looking to book a removal company.
They were so competitively priced I wasn't expecting the incredible service that I received. What a fabulous team, nothing was too much trouble. Great care was taken with everything and the move was conducted with laughter, humour and a relaxed pleasant atmosphere (apart from us!!). This team come with our highest recommendation. It is worth noting that you will need plenty of milk, sugar, tea, coffee and buscuits :-)
