Order process was simple, a good price and in stock, delivery charge very reasonable too. All good so far including email conformation. So I expected a quick delivery, but then it went quiet. It was only when I phoned on the following Thursday to ask about my order that I was told it would be shipped the following Monday. Why not Friday? It was shipped and arrived Tuesday. So close to 5 stars but let down by a delay in shipping. Product was fine and now installed.

Super website. Easy to use and see great range of products. My order of Roca sink and unit arrived within 3 days. Communication was great and delivery driver really helpful. I can’t fault them. I placed an order for taps a week or so later and had exactly the same experience. Now onto another project and will be using them again

Do not use this company!! Website stated the product would arrive within 1-10 days....21 days later and finally shows up. No communication, nothing....I emailed, tried calling (nobody answers so don’t bother) totally appreciate the current situation covid, brexit etc....however to acknowledge an email wouldn’t go a miss. Would not recommend this company

Great service. Lady was lovely answering my query and contacted the supplier to ensure I had the item put by for delivery. Thank goodness she did as it’s now sold out nationwide and not back until January. The price is very competitive too and although there’s an additional shipping charge for items under 500, it is worth it to use a company that takes the extra care for your service - You’re already getting a deal anyway!

Shockingly bad. Ordered a toilet from their website in August as it showed 'in stock'. Once they took my money I was then told there would be a 4 week delay. Since then I've been it would arrive on several occasions and it never turns up. Still no sign of it and its December. I wish companies would just be honest about things. I'll never use them gain.
