I was made to stand out in the rain when the large shop was virtually empty. It would be easy to arrange a small area within the shop to allow customers to wait in comfort safely. It wasn't as if I was unexpected as I had an appointment. I realise this is a difficult time but you do need to look after your customers better.

They are personally destroying the environment with using plastic aprons and plastic gloves when doing normal non invasive eye tests. Using Masks and social distancing can be used to perform normal eye tests. The atmosphere was not friendly. Was left sitting feeling really anxious waiting for about 15 min for my appointment. When I went to pick up my glasses the order was wrong. Will certainly not be going there again #anxious.
