Glen and his crew were great to work with. Everything that Glen has control over he did on time and perfect. His crew was mindful of my dogs and never lost them when I wasn’t home. Yes Glen needs to improve on his communication skills. He has no control over what Burketts has scheduled or the Pool Cover people. My pool is perfect and I enjoy it everyday. If I have a problem or something I don’t understand he usually responds within a day or two. We had limited space to work with and Lee designed a great pool. If I were ever to move and had more space to work with, Glen would be the one I would call. Remember Glen can’t control the weather or what other contractors have on their plate. If you want the best and the best work done then be PATIENT, it’s well worth it in the end. I love my pool. Thanks Guys
