I have been coming since we bought our kitten last year. It was the first shop and only since. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Some of the products are bit more pricey then what you could maybe get online, but the quality is a lot lot higher, some products are even covered by a 1 year warranty. Would recommend to friends and family!
