Neil and Mark are always welcoming and attentive. My bikes have always been well looked after but I'd rather have a professional do the more tricky maintenance stuff and repairs! I walked in needing help with my new bike (my first proper bike so no idea what I was doing!), and despite being busy the guys gave it a full once over and fixed a few issues that could've caused problems down the line. Thank you so much for being so helpful and genuine!

Coming down Pateley Bridge hill at 45mph and 1 of your spokes exploding isn't a nice experience. No bike shops for around 15 miles!! Quick Google and I came across Moonglu in Ripon. Managed to limp across there and they couldn't be more helpful. Removed the rest of the damaged spoke, replaced with a new one and trued the wheel. Wished me luck for the rest of the journey. Excellent shop with amazing service, recommended
