Had to wait for quite a while,and once inside it was very busy but people were on the whole patient. And the staff were fantastic will definitely visit again maybe not the 14/2 weekend.
A seemingly relatively new store, all very clean & modern. Everything is well laid out and highly attentive staff make the shopping experience seamless. Plenty of parking and generally quiet. A very convenient out of town pit stop for lunch supplies if visiting Fountains Abbey.
Always superb food and service. So pleased you came to Ripon in the end, and judging from the numbers of customers, a good move! Booths, who claim to be the 'Waitrose of the North'? They don't even come close and certainly not close to good old M&S! Thank you!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They wait at the door to give you a cleaned trolley or basket. Some staff even collect my trolley after I have unloaded the shopping. You can also collect online orders of clothing etc from the click and collect point. So handy to have an M&S in Ripon again and this time it's a decent size. Will save me a trip to Harrogate every week.
A spacious new M&S store on the edge of the city. Well worth a visit and the opportunity to view Ripon's magnificent cathedral.
Good to see M&S here in Ripon. Professionally and efficiently laid out store with professional and friendly service being led by lovely staff. Very spacious car park with EV charging facility (though it was not working today). We have made several trips to the store already.
Friendly staff, wide aisles and well stocked. Plenty of parking. The usual high standards.
