Maybe teach your coworkers how to treat people of color better. I’ve been a long time coworker of Kwik Trip and have always loved the culture of it. However, too many times when I visit Kwik trips as just another guest I am treated terribly. My family as well. At this particular store, we were left standing in line while a coworker stood by the register. When she finally called us up, she did not greet us or even bother to acknowledge us. She did not do any of her steps. No suggested sell, or questions of whether we had gas or not. I did not catch her name but, she was an elder lady with shorter grey hair.
From my experience they have nice staff, I know other people have told me different but from me they have always been nice.
Good fountain drinks and muffins
