It’s has almost been a month since my wife was struck by another driver who is also insured with Kemper. As soon as I made a claim I was sent my estimate for fix and all … or so I thought. Turns out my adjuster refused to talk to me because I wasn’t assigned to her. Her name was on all my paper work as my adjuster! So 2 weeks go by and it turns out my claim had been left in a different department doing nothing. I call and get assigned a new adjuster who Apologizes for their mistakes and agrees they are fully in the wrong… AWSOME now I have some one who care about my claim…right….? WRONG!!! He went on vacation and it’s now been 4 weeks and I finally get an email telling me “I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. I have been on vacation. In reviewing the file, I still have not been able to contact our insured to verify the facts. Tom” I sent this man a video of him admiring fault and the driver and his insurance with them and his address for the policy. DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THESE CLOWNS! THEY DONT CARE AND WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN IT MATTERS. Wasted Money and Time. I will update if the situation is ever resolved. Currently on the phone (20 minutes so far on hold.)
