My phone turned itself off a few weeks ago and has been a nightmare to sort out. Although my phone provider ended up sending me a new one, I called Go Mobile a few times and Hayden was the most helpful and patient person in the world. He explained how he could have helped me if I went into the shop, and although I didn't end up popping in, if anything else goes wrong with my phone, Hayden and Go Mobile will be the first person I call! Great customer service. Highly recommend.
