Our stay was very disappointing. We called before our stay to make sure the pool was open as we wanted to be able to use the hot tub during our stay. We were told that from 10 pm to 12 am was adults only. There’s also a sign with those hours listed. The night clerk Austin told us it was closed even though it was not midnight. This was my second encounter with him about the pool being closed as we stayed here a few weeks ago and had the same issue. Austin was rude about the pool being closed and couldn’t give a good reason as to why the pool was closed. The reason we chose to stay here was because of the pool being open for use. We also went to get breakfast this morning around 8:20 which is 40 minutes before it is over and there was hardly anything left, no cereal, one milk, and a few yogurts. It was disappointing to see that it didn’t get filled for guests who went a bit later. Overall, it was not a great experience here and I’m not sure I would give it a third chance.

I adore this place! They provide high class food, they have a nice menu, The cook in that restaurant is a real pro, I love very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the guests is agreeable. I often eat in this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.
My daughter was able to bring her dogs for an extra 50 so we could have Thanksgiving together. The pool was chilly but the hot tub mad up for it. The grandkids had a blast!
Exactly what you pay for. A clean room, quiet hotel, nothing over the top. We stayed for one night and were very happy. Continental breakfast was a bit underwhelming but it's covid time so what can you do. Right off highway 23 and 15 mins from lawsonia golf. Standard chain hotel room but definitely would recommend and stay here again.
We decided to stay here because we read a lot of reviews on how clean the rooms were. We got a room with a Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was very dirty as were the floors in the room. Very disappointed. Probably still the best hotel to stay at in Ripon. The pool area was nice.
I expect more at this price point. 1) A sign on the door said masks were mandatory [12-Aug-2020]. Upon entering, the front desk employee was not wearing a mask. Are masks mandatory or not? 2) Upon arriving at my assigned room, the door was open a couple of inches. There was not a cleaning cart in the hall and the beds were made so it was clear that the door simply had not been closed. Does this happen to people in the middle of their stay? 3) The bathroom did not have soap or shampoo. The next day I asked one of the room cleaners for both and was told they were out of shampoo. 4) The shower drained very slowly. After taking a shower in ankle deep water, it would take 10 minutes to drain before the next person could shower. 5) The floors were dirty with visible debris. Both an old key card and a 4 inch long wire were on the floor. 6) The key swipe mechanism on the door was very touchy. Trying both of the key cards that we were issued, they consistently would take 10 swipes before the door would unlock. 7) We were 2 doors down from the elevator but still able to hear its chime. Sound isolation of the rooms is not good. 8) The WiFi did not work the first day of the stay. 9) They add a safe charge to your bill. 10) They did not ask how the stay was during checkout. With so many issues, it seems to be how the hotel operates rather than an occasional issue.
Very nice hotel. Awesome staff that are friendly and sweet. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while visiting my gpa. I hope to return and stay again when things are less crazy. Thank you again for the accommodating accommodations
