Beautiful well kept lake. Nice owner. Lots of fish decent sized trout, pike and more. Fly fishin only no barbs. Can take home 3 fish. 25 quid. - Harrison

Great place to go fishing, used to be my local when I lived in Yorkshire but I still go every now and then. Fishing is very good in summer, especially on buzzers, but it can be tough over the winter months. The lake is well stocked and there are bigger fish in there. Price is pretty reasonable, but it is a set fee of 25 but this is 8 until dusk and you can take 3 fish Brian is a funny guy, but he is absolutely fine unless you litter-although, I'd hope people wouldn't litter! Would recommend Bellflask!

Fished here on 3/6/19, had the place to myself, bright sunny but windy day. Even where the wind was strongest i managed to catch a 2lb trout. Highlight of the day, an otter raided my bass bag and made off with a 3lb fish, total of 14 fish for the day. Great sport from a well run fishery, see you soon Brian.

Excellent day fishing had here many times. Beautiful setting with crystal clear water making the fishing difficult but enjoyable. Brian who runs the fishery is an interesting character who looks after this place well.
