I payed for the 24 hour tracked and that was 4 days ago I rang customer services as I didn't receive it. The nice helpful lady refunded me half my postage straightaway and said that my order would be despatched that day it was and I received it the following day thankyou Barnyarns I will be ordering from you again.

I received defective products from Barnyarns. Unfortunately they did not respond to my two emails and one web message asking them to replace these products. Though their service was otherwise good this was quite frustrating and I cannot recommend this business before they rectify this issue. To waste customers' time with poor products and unresponsiveness is infuriating to me. Update- after posting this review I finally received a response from Barnyarns. They refunded me for the defective products. I don’t know if I would have received a reply without having to post a negative review, but I’m glad to report that they helped in the end.

I've tried to reach them many times but no response at all! It's been 3 weeks and wanted to start refund process because the product's color on their web site was not the same what they've sent me! I wanted to order navy blue, they sent me green! I had orders to finish and dispatch so had to find it from Wilko! I just want a refund that's all! Really dissapointing! Not gonna order from there again!
