I love A&W, but lately the one in Ripon has been lacking. Either the people working there at night don't care about their jobs or they need to update the closing times on their website. Multiple times I have been through the drive thru before 9. Just last night I was there around 7 o'clock. NO SERVICE. I waited and could hear people talking. A man even walked out and look around the corner at us. We called three times and no answer. This happened another time as well. I got there before close and they decided that they were going to close early even tho I was waiting there for 15 minutes without service before the clock struck 8. A&W needs to either fix their website or step their game up. This is unacceptable.
Drove up, they didn't understand our order, then they added charges to the coupon specials, we said ok and then they had to redo it when we got to the window. We gave up. Got our money back and went to Culver's
Good food at a somewhat reasonable price!
