Pretty awful experience with the staff here. Had to return an item and unfortunately forgot one of the accessories. Manager seemed to take glee in telling me that I couldnt therefore receive a refund. My fault entirely of course but not helped when manager giggles to her assistant and says "Oh he almost got away with that eh..". Could really do without the rude and condescending attitude when things are stressful enough at the moment.
