Fast and helpful service from the staff when I stopped by to pick up an online order. They will also refund your parking ticket cost, just be sure to take the "parking ticket voucher" with you when you go in. Recommended!

Was served twice today by the same member of staff and what a rude person, she was condescending and miserable. Everyone else in the store was nice and helpful though.

Bought a saftey gate 2 days ago was led to believe it opened but didnt was just a panel. So took it back and tried to exchange for one with a gate opening . They said can only give me 19.99 of the 26.99 against my other as I didn't have the receipt what a CON argos and number written on the box i left the receipt in store as didnt have any hands to pick it up ....customer service nowadays is absolutely rubbish I've spent 1000s in that shop over the years no more will I spend a penny ... no wonder the high street is dead.
Here to return a faulty toaster. ... very quick replacement
