Unhappy Customer

The original owners of this business fitted our kitchen. Although there were issues at the final invoice - being charged for their mistakes - we were generally happy with the kitchen units The fitting was adequate. Since then I understand it is under new ownership. Re. Alpha Kitchens Building Services The person named as the director for this business built an extension on our house. It has been a disaster. Two years on since the start of our project, we have just settled the court action required to reimburse us for the remedial work required to put right all the mistakes made; the floor, the radiator plumbing, the roof, the windows… In brief, his attention to detail was non-existent, communication skills abysmal and general competence woefully lacking. Not to mention the unclear and suspect invoicing. My recommendation: A one star score is too high; STEER VERY WELL CLEAR.
