Route there from I-41 take WI-44 exit and proceed westbound to Ripon WI. Then drive on Oshkosh St and turn to Vermont St and to the company driveway - sign TRUCK Route. They actually have another warehouse on the intersection of Douglas and WI-44. Actually You could get there from US-151 to WI-26 northbound, then WI-23 westbound to Douglas St and Oshkosh St. Was unloaded at new warehouse. There you could try to stay for overnight, no fence. Fast unloading!

We appreciate the quality behind our Speedqueen washing machine! When I had a request from the alliance, they handled it in a timely fashion. They stand behind their quality products.

I love the machines but the financing department was very deceptive, switched things to their favor more than once despite agreeing on specifics. Changed my financing options once I was already invested in time and money into the structure of the loan (went from no down payment to 25k down, was supposed to finance 5 years of insight service and a significant discount as it is paid up front, then had to fight just to get 1 year financed, a couple revisions in, and more) No covid time relief despite knowing it severely delayed my opening, yet some things came with a delay from ALLIANCE because of covid. Double standard much? Running out of characters , but the smugness and arrogance of the rep who called because my payment was due a month earlier than what was explained to me, was unnecessary and condescending. Then after I submitted the payment through my online bank account, I was called again because apparently despite the date of the check and me notifying and verifying that it was sent, I get a call from same guy telling me my bank is taking too long and I need to do make sure they send things timely. Because I get to dictate that, right? The machines are a fair 8/10, but if I had known I'd go through all of this , I would've went with Dexter or outside financing. The deceptive behavior on the financial end of things makes me wish I could give 0 stars as it screwed things financially starting out and terrible terrible terrible customer service, unless it's a mechanical trouble ticket. My distributor locally was awesome though, Alliance is the complete opposite of them.

Don't waste your time. After extensive research trying to find a heavy duty commercial washer for my large family I thought I had found it in speed queen. They sound like a great product and it seem to work great for a year. We started having problems with it after a year and the unfortunate thing is it's impossible to get anyone to work on it despite it having a 5 year warranty. To much time wasted trying to get service. I learned that GE has factory employees locally to support their product. This is critical.

My name is Stanislav Senkovskiy. I am the owner of a self-service laundry in the city of Kaluga, Russia. 18 months ago I bought a washing machine Alliance (model no NF3JLBSP403NW22) from the official distributor in Moscow. About a week ago the washing machine suddenly stoped working in the middle of the wash cycle. I didn't find any signs of a malfunction, and contacted the company which sold me a washing machine. They asked to remove the board and send them for diagnosis. The diagnosis showed that the chip burned out, and the board cannot be repaired. In connection with this situation, I have a question. How could a piece of new relatively expensive equipment (the washing machine) burn out 18 months after its purchase?
